How to Submit
All submissions to MetroCAF 2014 will be processed through the SIGGRAPH SIS. You will be asked for:
- A brief synopsis (15 to 20 words) of your work, suitable for the
MetroCAF program.
- A descriptive statement about your work that is suitable for publication (less than 100 words). Describe the story line, the work process and other points of interest.
- Confirmation that you hold all the rights to the work (see Copyright)
Prepare two versions of your submission:
- A screening copy. This is the full version, including credits. If you are submitting your piece in HD, this is the version that should be in HD.
- A jury version. For this version, remove (cut off or black out) the
credits. If your full version includes a title, you should leave the
title as is but remove all names of contributors and any reference
to your school from both the beginning and the end of the piece.
If your work is longer than five minutes, please select a five minute
segment you want the jury to view and include this as the jury version.
This version should be submitted in Standard Definition (NTSC)

You also need to submit a digital still image that
represents your work. Be sure to include a brief caption (5-10 words) for the image. This image may be used for publications and pre-festival publicity. It is not juried. Digital still images
must be submitted in TIFF format at 1280 x 720 pixels with no compression.
Deadline
Submissions must be completed by Wednesday, June 11 Friday, June 13 2014. at 11:59 pm EDT.
